Shipping & Returns
As a general rule, packages are shipped on the same day or the day after the payment check.
Our goal is to deliver the order (peninsular) within an estimated 24/48 hours, not counting weekends or holidays.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal charges. We recommend that you group all your items in the same order. We can not combine two different orders, and shipping charges will apply for each individually. We are not responsible for the damages that your package may suffer after shipping, but we do everything possible to protect the products.
The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.
You can only process a single request for return by order, regardless of the number of items that you want to return.
Remember that only returns that comply with the following requirements will be accepted:
· Not used
· That they are in the same state in which they were delivered, retaining their original label
· The product is complete
· The defects in the product must be notified at the moment of receipt of the order to the email: firstname.lastname@example.org
If a returned item does not meet these requirements, we will not refund your amount. The item will be returned to the client, running the expenses of your account.

Cost of return
Peninsula and Balearic Islands: first exchange or free return. TEXTILPROFESIONAL will manage together with the customer the collection of the merchandise by the transport agency
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: the client will bear all costs of return, transport and / or customs.
The incidents resulting from the returns managed by the client; loss of merchandise, damages during transportation, customs expenses, incorrect address and / or loss of proof of shipment, will be the responsibility of the same.
In cases of a defect or defect in the product received or not coinciding with the requested one, the return expenses will be charged by TEXTILPROFESIONAL
The refund of the cost of the order will be made in the same way that the payment was made, within a maximum period of 14 days from the reception of the return in our warehouses.
How long does it take to return an order?
You have 30 days from the date of confirmation of the shipment.
When will I receive the refund amount?
Once received the product under the conditions indicated above, we will pay the amount in a few days.
