How to buy in

 The purchase process is detailed below:

 Select the articles/products you want and add them to the BASKET. You can repeat the process with each new item you want to include in your order.

Once you have completed your order, access the BASKET, located in the upper right corner of your screen, and click on the "Go through the box" button. From the BASKET you can see your order and add new products by clicking "Continue shopping".

If you have already included in the basket all the items you want to purchase, you can continue your purchase process by clicking on the button "Go through the box".

         Ceuta and Melilla: 2 to 5 days

        Peninsula: free for orders over € 100. For orders under € 100, cost € 8.

        Baleares: free for orders over € 100. For lower orders, cost € 8.

        Ceuta and Melilla: free for orders over € 150. For lower orders, cost € 37.

         Canary Islands: free for orders over 150 €. For lower orders, cost € 37.

How is the return done?

 Possible cases of return:


a) The product is defective or damaged during transportation:

 In case the product is defective, the user can return it with all its accessories, box and original protections, assuming Professional Textile shipping costs that are generated by the delivery of the product and by the return of the same. The product will be repaired or replaced, completely free of charge.

In the case of defects in the goods during the transport, it is essential that the customer notify us by telephone the same day they have received the goods and note the incidents on the delivery note of the carrier.


b) Withdrawal

In accordance with Spanish legislation, the customer has the right of withdrawal, by virtue of which he can return the product received if he proves that it does not meet his expectations.

Our products do not usually have damages due to transportation but in any case, we ask that it be stated on the delivery note of the carrier - the possible damage - at the time of delivery, therefore, please check your order at the time of delivery for verifying their status and integrity.

The exercise of this right of withdrawal may be made effective within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from receipt. In order to exercise this right, the product must be in perfect condition and keep the original packaging.

The refund of the purchase price will be made once the condition of the merchandise has been checked and will be made through the same payment method used to pay the order. When the buyer returns the item through a transport company of his choice, the period of 15 days will begin to count as long as Texil Profesional has effective knowledge of the shipment of the merchandise or, failing that, from the receipt of the article.


The return expenses derived from the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the buyer.

This right of withdrawal will not apply to those products that, in accordance with the regulations in the matter, as they are personalized products or that for reasons of hygiene or other exceptions legally contemplated are not subject to withdrawal.


How can I pay for the products?

 There are several payment methods to pay the amount of your order. During the purchase process, you must indicate your choice.
